Oefafi Roof

JPCC Foundation’s first project in Oefafi was the Water Project. Upon its completion, we observed that many of the Oefafi’s houses had thatched roofs, palm frond walls and dirt floors. Sanitation became a concern so we decided to do the Oefafi Roof Project. We renovated most of the houses, installing new corrugated metal roofs, brick walls and tile floors.  The new roofs also enable the villagers to collect rain water to supplement their water needs.
